LS-TaSC 4.2

Version 4.2, started in late 2019, is a minor release focusing on incorporating constrained MDO.

It contains the following major features:

• Constrained multidisciplinary optimization

It contains the following minor features:

• An option to normalized constraints using the bounds
• Update of contact to set eroding surface contact automatically and to allow mortar contact definitions
• The design contribution plots now also account for the effect of the constraints
• Failed elements are handled by strengthening them, instead of deleting as before
